This piece of jewellery is recommended for healed piercings. We do not pierce directly with this piece, as white gold is not a biocompatible metal. The jewellery is a two-piece which consists of a front screwed onto a stem with a flat enclosed back of solid white gold. Make sure to turn the front-piece clock-wise from time to time, to avoid losing the jewellery.
