Is the lock of your click-earring faulty? Here’s how to fix it.
The thread of the click-earring won’t insert into the lock
Step 1
With your nail, gently push up or down on the thread of the earring, depending on its placement. If placed too far up, push down. If placed too far down, push up.
Step 2
Test whether the thread can be inserted into the lock. If not possible, repeat step 1.
Congratulations, the lock of your click-earring is now fixed!
The thread of the click-earring won’t grip within the lock
Step 1
With your nail, gently push up on the thread of the earring to centre its position.
Step 2
Test whether the thread has regained its grip within the lock. If not possible, repeat step 1.
Congratulations, the lock of your click-earring is now fixed!
